It is impossible to place a carry out order at this place. Once I made it through the automated system, I spent 10 minutes placing an order with someone with a foreign accent only for him to tell me he would have to transfer me to the front of the store to complete my order. Once transferred to "the front of the store", I was going to have to start the order process over after being placed on hold - NO, I AM NOT ABLE TO HOLD TO PLACE THE SAME ORDER AGAIN!
Very disappointed in this restaurant. I called for a delivery, but they stated that they no longer deliver in this area. Since when, I still see delivery cars in my neighborhood, smh.
I have been able to order delivery from this location for over 4 years and now they changed their mind. I guess I won’t be spending my money at Papa Johns anymore!
I had a problem the last three times ordering for delivery. first they told me they don't deliver after 8 in this neighborhood okay fine. the second time I placed a order at 7 then it was a hour later they called and say they don't deliver after 8 but I placed my order a hour ago now tonight I placed an order around 6 something now they say they don't deliver after 7 over here. I'm so done with this place it's ridiculous.
It took us three different times calling to even get ahold of anyone in store. My husband placed our order finally. We arrive 30 mins later to be told that they thought he was canceling his order. However, they made our cheese sticks and one of our pizzas. We had to wait for our other pizza. We have been very disappointed with the customer service lately. We also arrived to see a note on door that they are only taking cash. Luckily we had some cash.
Get new employees and management! Look at your other reviews.... terrible!!! Here's your sign!!!
