I just paid $50 for two pizzas and cheese sticks and at some point every box had been either dropped or thrown into the delivery drivers car. If I’m paying $50 for cheaply made pizza it should at least be delivered one piece.
Rude customer service and a very rude management team.
This Papa'John's has the worst management and customer service of any pizza place in town. I was placed on hold for over six minutes. Called back find out who owned the franchise and was told I could speak to a manager. After three minutes I hung up a second time.
Ya'll fired my favorite driver. The girl who drove the red caliber which is elizabeth goff. Ya'll have just lost at least 1000 costumers just by firing her.
Shoutout to the young lady who delivered my pizza frm Papa John's... it didnt showed on her copy of the receipt tht I ordered an 2 liter Pepsi..so instead of her goin all the way back to Papa John's..she said gladly "No worry Ill go to the gas station down the road and purchase it". Great customer service! Didnt get her name tho..she was driving a Calibur
GOD bless the young woman who was working alone when I arrived.... and Never complained
