Sales manager very unhelpful-I decided to buy elsewhere. The sales manager told me "I am not playing games. If you want to go look at another vehicle at another dealer go ahead and let me know how you make out." From that response, I knew I would not buy a car from a dealership that would speak to customers that way. The actual salesman was very helpful and accommodating.
The sales experience was fine. After giving them 96 hours notice (credit card deposit over the phone Friday, pick up vehicle on Tuesday) that i was coming to purchase the vehicle however (and a reminder that I was on my way two hours prior to arrival) they didn’t start processing the transfer paperwork until after I arrived. I had to wait two and a half hours for the paperwork to be ready for my signatures.
They told me that the price of the car was $500 more than it was advertised for

Decided to further search for Touring models only. Experience was good.
I spoke with a salesman about a used vehicle they had on there lot and he was unable to provide any definite answers for any questions I had. I drove 2 hours one way to check the vehicle out for myself with plans to purchase it the same day. The vehicle condition was not fully disclosed over the phone or I won't have went to check it out at all. It had an engine oil leak, front hub was seized, rust through the body panel and the brakes were severely wore. With all these issues we could not come to an agreement on the price.
No pressure, customer service oriented professionals. They were accommodating to my requests and followed up frequently when they needed to.
Extremely quick response. Very friendly staff. Very little parking.
