Dr. Foulk and staff are excellent. I chose Dr. Foulk based on his experience and all his great reviews. Dr. Foulk’s staff is very professional and accommodating. On my first visit, I was very impressed with the office environment. Dr. Foulk really took the time to listen to my concerns. He was very thoughtful in explaining my current medical situation and the next steps. I really appreciate all their help and guidance. I am very happy. Excellent Orthopedic Surgeon! Dr Foulk kept me well informed regarding my shoulder issues. We tried a non-surgical approach initially. When that didn’t work he explained the surgery well & helped me to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend Dr. Foulk !

Dr. Foulk carefully explained to me what exactly what was going on with my left elbow and what the next steps would be for my treatment plan
Dr. Foulk takes the time to listen to a full description of symptoms before he begins doing some preliminary tests to try to diagnose or pinpoint the problem. He has always been on time for appointments. His personality (caring, humorous) makes a visit with him a pleasure.
Dr Foulk’s exam was very thorough, he gave a detailed explanation of his diagnosis and recommendations, and was really pleasant. I am very pleased to have him as my dr.
