Dr is very personable and explained everything in a way I could understand. Was able to fill out all paperwork on line so I didn’t waste time in the office!

I've worked with dr. Foulk before. He is up to date with medical research, doesn't do surgeries unless required, and works well with athletes. I would recommend him to other active folks.

Dr Faulk is a very nice,professional & kind Dr. Wish there were more Dr’s like him. Very knowledgeable, puts his patients at ease when talking with them. I would highly recommend this Dr for any member of your family.
