I’m always pleased with my visits to Dr. Foulk. He explains your diagnosis, answers your questions and is very professional and personable.
Dr. Foulk is matter of fact and is very personable. I required a cortisone injection and I must say that was the first time EVER that it was nearly painless! Amazing. Other than 45 min past appt time, I think the Dr and staff were some of the best I've ever seen.
Dr. Foulk is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes as much time to explain what is happening with in my case the knees. He then develops a treatment plan to best fit the individual.I have been a patient of his for over twenty five years and could not be happier.

Doctor Faulk was very understanding of my problem and took time for a complete examination of my arm and my abilities.
Dr Foulk did my shoulder surgery in 2015. So, I had him look at my knee when it started acting up. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He spends time with you, so he can run late. Fabulous surgeon. He does laparoscopy; Panoramic has trusted colleagues that he can call upon as well.
Dr. Foulk took the alot of time and care to review my elbow injury. He answered all my questions and then referred me to his colleague for additional review for my particular injury. He is very caring, honest and forthcoming and I truly appreciated his expertise.
