Dr. Faulk offers an amazing bedside manner. It’s challenging to find doctors who take the time to truly engage with their patient. He is thorough in analyzing and identifying the medical situation and determining a feasible plan of action. Grateful for his top-notch communication and doodling to thoroughly describe my shoulder problem!

I knew when I needed for someone to help me with my ortho issues it would be Dr Foulk. I have had 2 rotator cuff surgeries done by him and he is very good and thorough at what he does. I felt if he couldn’t help me with my problem he would definitely direct me in the right direction! As usual, he was very helpful and we are moving forwa d with my issues! Thank you!’

Dr. Foulk is matter of fact and is very personable. I required a cortisone injection and I must say that was the first time EVER that it was nearly painless! Amazing. Other than 45 min past appt time, I think the Dr and staff were some of the best I've ever seen.
Dr. Foulk is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes as much time to explain what is happening with in my case the knees. He then develops a treatment plan to best fit the individual.I have been a patient of his for over twenty five years and could not be happier.
