Dr Foulk fixed my rotator cuff tear 9 years ago and my shoulder has been absolutely perfect ever since. Bravo!
Dr. Foulk is always very thorough in his exams and always explains his findings in terms you can understand. He's a fantastic surgeon! Would highly recommend.

I have known Dr. Foulk as he treated my dad and we had to deal with complications out of the doctor's hands and was able to get through full repair and recovery. He specifically connected with our family when my dad passed. He listens and develops a relationship to treat each person for their needs. I am looking forward to the process of determining the best treatment plan for my shoulder with Dr. Foulk.
Dr Foulk is the master of his trade !!! So grateful for his skills! He is the guy who shoots from the hip and doesn’t sugar coat anything!!! He takes time with you too which is rare . Had my left shoulder done rotator cuff tear and in a month he is doing the right one . He gets a 5 star rating from me.

Dr. Faulk was excellent. He talked to me like a person instead of like s patient that wouldn’t understand what he had to say. He broke everything down good and bad and listened to my opinion. Doctors like him are rare now a days.
