Amazing place to live. Everything from security of the building the ease of moving in/out to the staff and amenities. I had a water view and honestly could not have asked for anything better. Any small issue that may have popped up was taken care of promptly. Even when my movers were delayed by a week, they accommodated me when they had no reason or obligation to. Not Worth the Price You're Paying for the View, Nothing Else This building is overpriced for what it actually offers. The listed rent is $$$$ but with mandatory services like their own required internet provider, it ends up being more which they should state that price to have all this included and for that price, you’re basically just paying for the view.
