Very disappointing experience with Panorama Tower management. A package was delivered to the building’s package room with photo proof from the carrier, but the package disappeared and management says they have no record of it. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they simply pointed to the lease and refused to reimburse me for the loss. I just moved here a week ago and it has been the worst experience by far living anywhere.. highly do not recommend to anyone moving into Brickell
Panorama has the potential to be a beautiful building because of the views and location, but the actual living experience has been disappointing. The walls and hallways are incredibly thin- you can hear almost everything: people in the hall, water running through the pipes, neighboring units, and even normal TV volume can lead to noise complaints unless you’re wearing headphones.
