Service was half hearted. Employees were more focused on internal personnel issues & my French onion soup was the most I'll composed, missing cheese, lukewarm, and truly representative of the person/staff at this particular location. C'mon Panera! Step it up, clean it up & clean house...
I came to have dinner and then study. Cory was so kind and thoughtful, taking my plates with a gentle smile and genuinely asking about my work. His customer service made me feel cared for and understood.
