I decided to get Panera for something healthy last week for a coworker and myself. I ordered online and used the drive thru to pick up for convenience and time saving. The order was a salad and a sandwich and when I got there the bag was ready but they forgot the sandwich when they packed it. They had the receipt and a sticker stating that it was inspected but with no name on the sticker. The kindest woman ever, spectacular service. Will make this my Panera from now on
The food is good. The service is not bad. What I found ridiculous is I am served (as dine in) the cappuccino in a paper cup and the blueberry muffin in a paper bag. . I thought it might have been an oversight. So, I reminded them that I was dining in and wanted my cappuccino in a ceramic cup and the muffin on a platter. I have been told that the company, Panera bread is not providing them with cappuccino cups anymore. All you get is paper cups. This is my LAST CAPPUCCINO I am buying here
