We met some friends who were passing thru Indy and suggested this Panera location to meet-up for its easy access to I65. We had to wait for the staff member to acknowledge that we were interested in ordering, as he was on his cell phone with his back to us. Once we had his attention, I asked whether they had decaf coffee and was told that because it was after two o’clock that the there were only the two caffeinated options on the self-serve counter. Literally waited 40 minutes in line orders turkey blt and broccoli soup got some nasty orange bread looks like purple cabbage on it disgusting waste of time and money. I live aways from the restaurant couldn’t go back but very disappointed . Also used my 3 off rewards
Always feel not enough food for the price. Always like food but want more for the amount paid.
Constantly understaffed, workers are always rude and aggressive and they refuse to hire anyone so they can actually have a functioning store. Shame on the manager here.
