My daughter went to this location to exchange a bracelet she had purchased for her boyfriend's birthday. The store she made the purchase at had made a mistake and charged her for the wrong size ( clearly stated on receipt) she was told she couldn't exchange there because she had purchased at the falls location (understandable) but when she asked if he could try on the smaller size she was told very rudely that they do not allow anyone to try anything one.
