I had a fantastic experience. My sales associate, Wilker Montes De Oca, was absolutely top-notch and super willing to help me out. She even walked me through redeeming my points, which gave me some dollars off my purchase. I ended up getting the white daisy charm, and it was so cute. Plus, I opted for the pink premium gift packaging, and I just love it.
The service is awful! The sales associate couldn’t even accommodate a pandora perk towards a purchase and didn’t even try to figure out how. I asked to speak to her manager she hesitates and says “I am the manager” .. yet doesn’t know how to scan a QR code on a pandora email?? I’ve always been to Pandora in other cities that have great service but this one was terrible. Ended up not purchasing what I wanted all because of the customer service and attitude

Terrible service and poor customer service. We wanted to buy a bracelet for my mom, and a man with no desire to serve, sell, or help served us. He was extremely rude and looked at us as if we had no money. Unfortunately, we bought it because we didn't have time to go to another store, but… Man, you're a salesperson, not the store owner! What a terrible experience. Better service at International Mall.
