I used to love Panchos and I've been there I guess twice in the last couple of months and both times the service was good but the food was cold I don't like cold refried beans and cold rice I ordered the steak fajitas and it was mostly onions and bell peppers and tomatoes and barely any meat a big Improvement is needed on serving cold food

Waitress was wonderful! Food was good and hot. Our drinks where full at all times!

I have gone to Pancho's over the years, and can honestly say that it looked better than I have ever seen it last night. It was Tuesday night, and everything looked great!....clean, and very impressive. They had a good crowd for a Tuesday...Food and drinks were good!.....service was good!...Bathrooms were clean! It was great to see the place look like it did when it was new. I will definitely put it on a more frequent dinner rotation........Thank you Pancho's Management, etc.!...Job well done!
