I grew up in memphis with panchos being my favorite spot to eat. I'm saddened to know every time I return home for a visit another location has closed down. The last two standing is the one in west Memphis Arkansas and the one on n white station rd off of summer ave. Hopefully they will never close
The cheese dip and the Pancho's dressing are it! Yum.
