Took my mother to her favorite place. The food and staff were great
We always visit Pancho's when we go to Memphis. The last couple of times it just hasn't been as good. But we decided to go again anyway when we were there yesterday. My daughter was eating her rice when she found a hair in it. When she told the waitress, she went and told her supervisor who told her she could take $1 off the menu. The rice was 2/3 of her meal. The service sucked. I had chicken fajitas but there was no seasoning on my chicken. The tea tasted old. So disappointed.
