My wife and I had our 1st date here 12 yrs ago. We just love the food. I usually get the mexican pizza...GREAT as usual!

The food was not good. Restaurant was dirty and the bathroom was nasty. Hostess didn't even speak to me, just grabbed a menu and utensils and seated me. Service was extremely slow. I also saw a roach crawling up the wall. A very bad experience. Thumbs down.
I grew up in Memphis and have always loved Pancho’s! I am a regular customer of the Summer Avenue location. I’ve never had a problem with their food or service. However, my most recent visit I did notice it might be time for a really deep cleaning. I’m not going to get specific as I’m not trying to complain, but your costumers do notice these things. I will be back, but please, let’s get our beloved Memphis Pancho’s a good scrub down soon! Thank you for all your years of excellent food and service!
