First time here for multiple services as a bday present. My fiance did not realize how long my extremely long hair would take to achieve the color and style we aimed for. I have been let down three times this week and had my hair color ruined in an attempt to get something very simple done to my roots. My blonde hair was destroyed and I was left devastated with a muddy brown color. Today I discovered Panache Salon and Spa and I will never go anywhere else ever again. Sally completely saved my hair and not only got my blonde back but gave me the look I was going for. I am so so thankful!!

The girl who did my makeup was super nice! But the other employees stuck their nose up at me. Very rude and got nasty looks the whole time from customers and employees. Everyone else was offered drinks and other things and I was not. Won't be going back.

I have been coming to Panache for over a year and was confused yesyerday when I was asked to have a seat in the salon waiting area since I was there for a massage. I arrived before my appointment with the hope of relaxing a few moments in the spa lounge prior to/and after my massage as I have always done in the past. I always look forward to getting my hair cut with Courtney. She is amazing. She took my homemade "butch cut" into something beautiful. Every 6-8 weeks she re-shapes my hair into something new that I love so the growing out process is has been....dare I say....fun! Even when she disagreed with my personal preference, she did what I asked, but once I branched out and followed more of her guidance I was in for a much better haircut :-).
