A few reasons I love this place and recommend: Clean and close to my home Info card with my pets details, she's a senior so she has specific needs She comes back looking and smelling like a rose for at least 2 months. They are typically done with her in less than 2 hours.

Nelson and his team are kind, gentle, and will always do their best to try and fit Timmy in for a grooming when I call last minute. He's never seems sad to go back in, and is nice and calm when I fetch him, which says a lot. The facilities are open and clean too. Fantastic staff, excellent customer service, I can't recommend them more highly.
Nelson and the staff at Pampered Tails are GREAT!! To begin with, the environment is clean, professional and extremely welcoming to both humans and canines alike! They'll even lock the front door and let your furry friend roam about after their groom instead of crating them the entire time! Also, every interaction I've had with the staff has been friendly and accommodating - for example, I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, but they still took my dog without question or hassle.
