I took my dog there for the first time and was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. First of all, the main reason I took my dog there was to get her nails cut because she doesn’t let me do them and honestly i don’t really know what I’m doing and don’t want to hurt her. I was told they weren’t able to cut her nails because she gets too stressed when they try. The woman, Kat, who groomed my dog was friendly and passionate about grooming. She also seemed to like dogs which is a plus, you’d be surprised with how many groomers are in this field and make you feel like your dog is a burden. She asked what kind of cut I would like and was informative with providing helpful tips for my dog and his breed. I returned a second time to get another great consultation with someone different. My dog has been here three times now. They always do a great job and really care about your dog. Every staff member I've dealt with has been super friendly.

Yogi and Ted E Bear had a great first experience. Yogi’s tail was even wagging when I checked in on them.
I took my rescue dog to Pampered Tails- she and I both had major groomer anxiety- but Kat took amazing care of her and put us both at ease. The wonderful care she received and the calming environment ensured we will be back!
Great customer service and Eazy was pleased with his pampering. We will definitely go back.
