We have used a number of groomers over the years, and Anna at Pampered Tails is THE BEST. Such a nice person, so kind to our dog (who hates being groomed) and does an AMAZING job on his hair cut.
I was taking my dog today as I usually do. When I was about to enter I was shock there was this man with a cat about to take him in but was holding the cat literally by the hair. I'm sure this was not the proper way to hold the cat . I was so upset that I just got back to my car. This was really harsh by this man. It really upset me because I been there constantly by the pass two years and nothing like this have ever happen before. I would make contact with the owner and talk about this situation. I was very happy with their service.... they treated my dog very well and the cut was was great!
Took my two dogs in a couple weeks ago and Im happy to say they did a great job! I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely be back. I usually drive all the way to Long Beach to get them groomed because I have not found a place where they did a good job.....until now. I'm glad I won't be making those long trips anymore! My dogs tend to have very bad skin allergies and any other place I have taken them to they always ended up scratching really bad after. Here, they were doing just fine right after. I started taking my puppy here for grooming in July and they are really great. Considering how nervous I was to take my him for the first time, I am so thankful to have found a place where I feel like I can trust the staff to leave my puppy while he is getting groomed. Highly recommend this place!
