I called Tuesday and made my dog an appointment. She's short-haired so we agreed all she needed was nails clipped, bath, teeth brushed, etc. I drove all the way from Moore because I have heard such great things about this place only to get there and be told Nicole is out sick and the people working for her don't know how to clip nails; they can only give her a bath. I am so very sorry for your trouble. I'm usually on top of that. I couldn't even get out of bed this morning. The guy that is at my shop helps me out by taking care of the boarding dogs and making sure they are fed and took care of. I did not think to have him make phone calls and that is my fault. I agree totally unprofessional. If you give me a chance I can make it up to you. I am very good at what I do and usually am there even when sick because I am the only person that grooms there. I do not have any other employees.

A great place to take your dog! They love on them and take great care of them! I drive 45 minutes to take my dogs here. They are reasonably priced and I know they will love on and treat my dogs just like I do!
Bret and Bailey are always so excited to come see Nicole and their furry friends!
