Receptionist Betty was extremely rude. She asked me what the reason for the appointment would be and then she interrupted me when I was trying to explain what was wrong. I'm a receptionist myself, so I thought she was as going to put notes in my file about the reason for my visit so I was trying to be specific. That's what I do at my job.
