Patrons dine in the sometimes noisy lounge or get a quick meal in the cafe area. The area across the escalator is better suited to formal lunches and dinners. The specialty is wood-oven roasting. Service was great, food was good. Only complaint good should have been hot, warm. We had 430p reservations so not busy, so no excuse for food not to be hot.

Second time this month that we have eaten there. We loved it. Our waiter was so so nice. Told him that we are celebrating our gdaughter's bday and that we have to go to a concert for her. He acknowledged that and we didn't have to wait very long. and for her bday she got cream brûlée and an ice cream! So nice. Everyone was so nice even from our first visit. Will for sure go back again. I wish I can remember our waiter's name (3/24/17 @6:15 reservation).

I got sick when I got home. The rotisserie chicken tasted funny
Pasta was disappointing despite the presumably Italian name. Crab artichoke dip and raspberry mojito are amazing! Staff was wonderful and more than hospitable.

Paul the Manager was completely on task when he learned that we were going to the show. His attention to the situation was superb and made our dining experience fabulous! Thanks Paul! Over the top service. From the four of us from last evening.

Took forever get severd they said on menu cawliflower mashed but got potatoes wasn't impressed

I visited Palomino for the first time and I have to say it was excellent! The atmosphere was relaxed but eloquent, the staff treated us like royalty, and the food was fantastic! My friends and I will definitely come back again and again.

The Palomino is an exceptional restaurant. Show them you theatre tickets and get 10% off your bill. In addition, if you park in the city centre parking lot they will validate your ticket and that is good for ALL DAY.. No parking fee, 10% off and a great show at the 5th Ave Theatre.
