My first rating always for the Human Resources. Friendly, fast working and very helpful staff is their biggest rating then the food that comes according to our expectations and not too slow being served irregardless it was during lunch hour on Wednesday. Plus some treats for my kids is always appreciated.
Palomino now charges a minimum wage surcharge, which is not required by law and which they do not tell you about prior to ordering and eating.
My waiter Dustin!!! He was awesome. I have to edit this to include he just told me !! It's his first day. You guys need to keep him because he is amazing. This experience could have gone awful if it wasn't for him. To begin my drink was awful ( the mint was way wilted it was more black than green...) I told him about it and he fixed it right away took it off the bill and brought me something else which was amazing!!! The BEST Chicken Marsala I've ever had! I cannot wait to go back again :) And their homemade Focaccia bread went perfectly with it!
I love Palomino 's Happy Hour, Food and amazing service! They validate parking and with servers like Ritzy, we will be back again and again. Great meet up spot for before or after a show downtown. No reservation needed and they accommodate with kindness when you walk in with a group or small party.
Service was great, and the food was awesome. We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and were surprised at the end of our meal with a huge slice of tiramisu to share! We will definitely be back!
