Located inside the City Centre building, this elegant bistro has rose-colored blown glass covering its walls and ceiling. Patrons dine in the sometimes noisy lounge or get a quick meal in the cafe area. The area across the escalator is better suited to formal lunches and dinners. The specialty is wood-oven roasting. The menu offers lamb shank, paella and oven-roasted jumbo prawns. Also try the gourmet pizzas or a Chop Chop Salad. We love going to the palomino. When we go to Seattle from rural pierce county for a event we always stay at the Sheraton and eat and drink at the palomino. If you haven't you should.
Have been a big fan since they opened, when we lived in Seattle. Over the years, we have celebrated,many special occasions here. It was great to revisit this old friend. Ate in the bar. Mushroom soup was as fabulous as it's always been. Drinks great. Wish we lived closer.

Hubby and I ate there last night. Our waiter was fantastic and I wish I could remember his name. We split a bottle of wine,it was delish. Plus half price on Wednesday. My husband had Pepperoni pizza, he loved it. He ate the whole thing. I had a seafood pasta that had smoked salmon in it. I thought I wouldn't like the smoked salmon ,I loved it. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

food was surprisingly tasty considering its in a shopping center. my husband has the burger and i had the chicken salad with the maple vin. both were really good, the chorizo in the burger made it extra juicy and the maple vinaigrette with the apple and candied pecans created a great seasonal salad. only "downside" was service was kinda cold unfortunately. maybe next time we'll just sit at the bar
