Located inside the City Centre building, this elegant bistro has rose-colored blown glass covering its walls and ceiling. Patrons dine in the sometimes noisy lounge or get a quick meal in the cafe area. The area across the escalator is better suited to formal lunches and dinners. The specialty is wood-oven roasting. The menu offers lamb shank, paella and oven-roasted jumbo prawns. Also try the gourmet pizzas or a Chop Chop Salad. I ate from the full menu in the bar. Food was hot and good. Service was genuinely kind and good. When ordering a drink please double check their specials. Worth the time and $$

Awful service. People were super rude and even asked us to clean up after ourselves when my son dropped some food on the floor. Never will visit this place again!!

The Palomino was a five-star experience for our party of eight this evening. My Canadian family was down in Seattle from Vancouver B.C. just for two days, and we were very happy we chose the Palomino for our dinner, celebrating my aunt's birthday. We did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us after about a 15-minute wait. My wife and I had a great time there this past Saturday. Our waitress was Brie was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Love this place! Food is amazing & drinks are even better!
When I sat down with my dad in the bar we were there for approximately 5 minutes. There was about 15 people total who had already been served prior to our arrival. There was 4 staff and 2 of them passed us by the table 3 times and there was no acknowledgement or an offer of any kind of service.
