Everything here is wonderful! The attendants are super friendly and helpful every step of the way! The waiting area is very nice and comfortable with great coffee, tv and wifi. I only had enough time to handle a few emails, these folks are so efficient! My vehicle looks better than when I bought it! Very Happy!
I'm always happy with my car wash at Palms. Today while vacuuming my car, I must have dropped my phone. When I went back, the detailing attendant came right up to me and before I could say anything, he said, "let me go find the manager," because he had already found it and given it to the manager. Thank goodness. Thank you guys for being awesome.

David Cohen (owner) personally contacted me and could not have been more sincere and interested in taking full responsibility for the seat repair. David was great; put me at ease and always kept an open, transparent line of communication during the entire process.
