Paint spilled on the trunk side of my seats during a move an hour before I came in. I read about the services before I arrived and after letting the attendant know what I needed done, she recommended the same detail package I assumed. My car went through the wash, and I parked it for the upgraded detail to begin. After about 10 minutes, Roland, their manager, swings open the door to the lobby, yells out, "WHO'S WHITE CAR?
