Palms Car Wash is a wonderful business! I have known them for several years and love their car detailing services and willingness to help at every step
I'd take one of my vehicles here almost every week since their opening, not anymore. Every pump was out of order and ended up wasting a lot of cash in terms of self service car washes. No refund or anything. I'd gladly change my review if I receive some help.
The only good thing about this place is the free vacuuming if you get your car washed there. The guy working the beginning of the car wash was a complete jerk. He told us we ruined our wash because we pulled up a little too far. He acted as if we were incompetent and stupid. We won't be returning.

Went to Palms on the recommendation of my husband. I was extremely impressed not only with the customer service of everyone at the Brodie location but was also impressed with the quality of work that was done for the price. I have to drive 8 miles of a red dirt road every single day, so needless to say, my car is extremely dirty almost any given day. They did an amazing job and I didn't recognize my car at first. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis and be recommending it to anyone and everyone.
