My mom and son went to get the truck cleaned while in Austin. It broke the side mirror and Mom was told they would look at the video and get back with her the next day. They tapped it and sent them on their way. No call the next day, Mom called them back and was told they did not get a chance to look at video but will today and will call her back. Well the next day has passed and Monday and we are in Tuesday still no call.
RecommendedBest car was by far South Austin. Been coming to this location for a long time. Very hard working guys, they do whatever it takes to to make it perfect. I'm very particular with how my car is washed and they accomplished it very nicely. Roland is a good dude!
This place is busy and could use a better line system. Do yourself a favor and don’t go on the weekend.

Just came through to get my new ride washed and she came out beautifully ! The workers here are beyond friendly and do an amazing job with detailing , washing , polishing etc💛

Why is it ok for your General Manager to illegally park in a Handicap Parking Spot?
Bought my original bought my car wash and detail at 1:21, and didn’t get the car back till 4 pm. Wouldn’t be so upset if someone would have communicated to me the proper time on when my car would be ready. Seemed understaffed and lack of leadership.
Great value and they did such a great job with the inside cleaning.
