thank god this apartments will be no more my mom life there for 2 years number 1 was ok number 2 was very bad very bad they dont fix anything bugs they didnt seem to do anything about them just a bad place to live very bad
If I could give less than one star I would! I stayed there for one year and could NOT wait to leave once the lease was up! First they show you the "model apartment" and it looks like a nice quaint space, not first class but still nice. They wouldn't let me see the actual one I was moving into due to "renovations". RED FLAG, but I overlooked it because the pricing was good for that area. When I moved in, within weeks I had so many roaches that I called the maintenance to come out and spray 4 times within two months.. I'm a ve... read more
One star is too much. My girlfriend and I have been living at the Palms Apartments for under one year so far. This place is overrun with cockroaches. Maintenance has "sprayed" several times (which I hate due to carcinogens) but nothing has changed (I didn't see any evidence that they had done anything at all anyway). We are not messy people and we do not leave food laying around to attract them.. they are just here. I am from NYC and I have never had a problem this bad.
