Thought it was just the service department but no. The whole bunch of them are garbage!!!! Run far far away from this place. Go to the one in erie.
Just want to say thanks to Palmiero. I made my second perchance recently and both times have been great. Kayla is such major help and always finds the right car for me that fits my budget.
I want to extend a sincere thank-you to the Service Department. I wrote down the incorrect date and time for my appointment and showed up a day early. Josh Kissell never missed a beat. He checked with the guys in the back and they were able to work me in to their schedule. This was a huge relief. ..because I would not have been able to come back for my original appointment. You guys are awesome!
Today I got a flat tire and unfortunately it was beyond repair. I was hoping to do some traveling this weekend but the new tire won't arrive until next week. The Palmiero Toyota team went above and beyond to be sure that my weekend would be saved! Just purchased our 4th Toyota from Palmeiro. 3 new 1 used. Got the same excellent service each time. From sales to service they are by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. They are happy, friendly, outgoing, & helpful. We always know we are in good hands. Highly recommended!
