My car got totalled and I didn't have a lot of money besides the insurance to work with. I loved my "old" car. They just happened to get the exact same car in on trade, it looked almost exactly the same, and the price was right. They worked with me around the insurance paying. I love my "new" car and they made sure it was in perfect working condition before releasing it to me.

Stopped to make an appointment to fix noise coming from under the car. They took the car immediately and returned it shortly with the heat shield tightened. No charge. I love Palmiero's service!
