We were in need of a replacement vehicle due to the accident totaling our Toyota Highlander we talked to Kaylin about a 2012 Highlander over the phone and came and test drove it Kaylin was very nice to work with she was very helpful and we drove home in our new to us 2012 Highlander we would definitely recommend very one to come and see you for a New or Used Vehicle. ��

Just had one of the best customer service experience ever with Palmiero Toyota. Worked with Kayla for many months (almost a year!) before I was ready to pull the trigger and when I did, she was awesome to work with, patiently answering all of my questions and finding the exact Tacoma that I wanted. Assists go to Allison, Tim and Bob & Betty who drove the truck to me! I live 4.5 hours from Palmiero Toyota, but I'll buy from them again!
Excellent experience with this dealership. Chad spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know about the RAV4. We went for a test drive and then he told me exactly how much it would cost. No hard sell. The dealership itself was very impressive with their service and reliability. Now my only decision is do I buy the RAV 4 or the Subaru outback. Still trying to make my decision.

Called about a truck, they sold it in the meantime, wouldn't have been that big of deal except there was no call until we were already on the way down, waste of afternoon. Happy with the truck I ended up buying, wouldn't have been the case if not for this incident so I have to give some credit here.
Great experience with Palmiero Toyota today! Thanks to Jennifer, Matt, Brennon & Tyler for their contributions. Got 4 new tires, an oil change, a new motor filter and a state inspection. All done quickly -- though the waiting area is so comfortable, I wouldn't have minded waiting longer. 😊
