First time I brought my dad's car in to get inspected and had the master tech put 2 holes underneath. After they told to just patch up the holes, we went back and it wasn't right cause it wasn't properly done. Then another tech was accusing us for just wanting a lick and stick and getting smart with my fiance, who has his inspection license since '94. After we left, we heard that the techs were talking about our experience and thinking it was funny. Not really professional in my book.
I have been getting the best customer service from Palmer Toyota Scion since the day I walked through their door. They treat you like family, I have absolutely no complaints. Most recently they picked up my car while I worked AND returned it with a fresh inspection and emissions before the end of the day! Talk about high quality service that is not even a drive away!
Treated me right and took care of my truck which was my first Toyota.
Jason Gawlinski was great to work with in buying my Toyota Certified used Camry. No funny games and very out going. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, this should be your first stop.
