I have never been somewhere with more pleasant staff and so willing to accomodate

Excellent Experience As Always
Our daughter said the Dr that saw her for her latest appointment was great!
We really like Palmetto Smiles but sometimes other parents allow their children to terrorize other patients. Your office does an excellent job of providing a play place for children but their parents allow the children to climb on chairs and run throughout the office screaming.
The dentists and dental hygienists here are very welcoming and do a good job of explaining my individual dental situation. I always feel well taken care of when I leave the office.
Overall great experience as always
Staff is so Great !! They make my child feel at ease, Dr. Rines is so great with my child, I would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you palmetto smiles.
First visit,first impression. .. waited too long in waiting room, over 30 mins past scheduled appointment. Staff was friendly, dentist was nice
