Our experience was wonderful! My son was not the best patient as he was nervous and shy but the staff was just incredible and patient. Thank you!!
I am always pleased at the care all 5 of my children receive from your staff. And I am extremely excited how well things are progressing with David's braces. He looks so good already. Thanks to everyone at Palmetto Smiles!!!!
After my children are done I usually see the dentist. This time I did not. I also did not get a report on how well they had been keeping their teeth clean. The lady that worked on my youngest child was not very nice to her and poked her gums quite a bit. maybe she has been "in the business" a bit too long???? She tends to be a little rough as both of my children have told me as well as their friends that have braces and who are also patients of Palmetto Smiles.
We have always been very satisfied with everything at your office and will continue to be clients for many years to come.
Great experience! I live approx an hour away and the office allowed for just one visit to bond my child's tooth after an injury; convenient and very much appreciated in that it was all done the same day. Everyone was exceptionally nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Receptionists was especially genuinely pleasant, which seems quite rare these days.
Never had any problems. Kids love them
