Gina was awesome. She was patient and explained every process to our daughter who had a great deal of anxiety with her visit. Dr Raines is an incredible pediatric dentist and has been more than accommodating. Great service from the staff!
I have a special needs child and the staff is well trained to work with these children.
As good an experience as a trip to the dentist can be.
Dr Neiders was so good with my timid 5 year old. He was relatable and acted silly so she would relax and smile. He explained everything he was doing and all the tools he was using. He distracted her by "counting" her teeth while checking them. He explained everything very well to me at the end as well. The hygienists are so sweet and loving too!
Dr Gomez and Heather were both so kind, informative and caring. Dr Gaines took time over the weekend to call me and assure me your office could help me. Having a dental emergency over the weekend is never ideal but your office did everything they could to ease my worries. Dr Gomez compiled a treatment plan for me that will hopefully make my smile strong and beautiful. My children LOVE going to the dentist because the staff make the appointment FUN for children. Excellent practice all around!
We drive from Orangeburg because the experience is so great for our kids. Our littlest one is scared of dental visits and she always leaves here happy and relaxed!! I would (and do) recommend it to everyone who asks.
This is "hands down" the best office I have ever experienced. They individualize care for each child and always take time to tell about the visit and discuss future dental needs with the parents. They are always on time. My kids love going to dentist appointments! Thank you Palmetto Smiles!
