We love coming here for Noah and Juliana's checkups. The staff are always so welcoming and make the kids feel comfortable. The kids love coming to have their teeth cleaned. We recommend Palmetto Smiles to all of our friends!

Everyone was great with my 2 children but I was disappointed that you guys are not "In Network" with any dental insurance companies. For procedures that are normally free of charge, you have to pay the 10% that the insurance company does not cover due to you guys not being affiliated with ANY insurance companies. I wish this could be changed.
