I was past due for my appointment and very nervous to go. I ended up having a great visit and everyone was so nice, caring and understanding.
The hygienist was amazing with my uncooperative 3 yr old! She did so well that he cooperated for Dr Raines, who knew just what to do and say!
I took my 7 years old son to Palmetto Smiles for his first orthodontic consultation. Dr. Hopkins and the staff were amazing! They explained everything in full detail to me so that I understood what we were doing and why. They also kept my son happy and calm. This is by far the best practice in the Columbia area and arguably anywhere!
It says something about the staff and Dr. Raines when your child comes out smiling after their visit
We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr.Neiders and the staff there! We could not be happier. You all are incredibly patient with my children and you know how to make them feel safe, special and cared for! You make coming to the dentist something to look forward to! Ms. Sylvia, Ms. Jerry and Dr. Neiders go above and beyond the call of "duty" and we just appreciate what you all do for us!
