My daughters love it here. We have always been seen at our appointment time and never have to wait. I love that they respect their patient's time. The doctor and hygienists talk to our children and help them feel comfortable during the process. It's an overall wonderful office!

I took my soon for the normal ortho and cleaning visits. We waited 30 minutes and never was called back. I asked the receptionist and she thought that he went back already. After being the 2 hours (for a routine visit) I went to check out. I did not see any of the dentist nor did they come out when I had questions. The lady taking payment had to go back and relay my questions, and that still did not prompt a visit from the dentist. I enjoy every time I come there. My mother brought me to see Dr. Cross when I was little and I have always had an amazing experience. Everyone is very friendly and it feels just like family. I moved away from that area in 2014 and I drive about an 1 1/2 hours just to continue my dentist care with Palmetto Smiles.
We love everyone at this office! I can't imagine taking my girls anywhere else! Thank you all for being so sweet! You are all great!
