I can't say enough to express my gratitude to all the employees of Palmetto Smiles. I have a 14 year old with Down Syndrome who has never been the easiest dental patient, but everyone in this practice has shown her nothing but kindness and patience. We have been coming here for about 10 years and they have consistently gone above and beyond to make her feel at ease.
Everyone at Palmetto Smiles is extremely friendly and kind! They make dental check ups so fun for my children!
