What WONDERFUL CARE we received yesterday! Having a special needs son is such a blessing, but dental visits have always presented opportunities for severe anxiety. Dr. Raines and the stellar staff were so very kind, patient, and compassionate with my guy. I cannot recommend them highly enough - especially to special needs families!

Annie, always receives the best of treatment when she goes to the dentist.
We were referred to Palmetto Smiles about 6.5 yrs ago for our kids and have loved it there. Drs Cross & Raines and the rest of the staff have been great. When my husband and I both found ourselves needing a new dentist, we decided to see Dr Gomez and have been very pleased with her and her staff as well. All are very professional, answer all of my questions, and are patient with my kids. Can't imagine being anywhere else for our dental care.

I switched dentists for myself after experiencing the level of care my young son received at Palmetto Smiles. As expected, I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I paid my bill. Tracy gave me an excellent cleaning, and her fun personality made it seem to go by very quickly.
