The dental assistant didn't seem kid friendly
A great knowledgeable, professional, staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit. If you dislike going to the dentist, then you might want to give Palmetto Smiles a try, for a friendlier experience.
Staff is always very nice and accommodating.
Dr Raines was very unpleasant to my child. My Kindergardener is nervous at the dentist, has fears about a lot of it and requires some extra patience. Which is why we chose a pediatric dentist in the first place. My child was crying for water because he didn't like the flouride in his mouth, and Dr Raines witheld water and chose to scold him for not acting in a manner he deemed acceptable- he would not receive water until he did. Palmetto Smiles has the friendliest staff. The wait time is less than five minutes. They all seem to run right on schedule if not a few minutes early. The staff is knowledgeable about my health and continues to provide me with quality care.
