Dr. Nieders is an excellent pediatric dentist! He explains the equipment in kid-friendly lingo which decreases their anxiety...along with his kid-friendly humor!
Would highly recommend Palmetto Smiles!
Like always, Palmetto Smiles did a great job. The only thing I would like to see done better is the wait time.
My sons experience was a little different for the very first time ever, he didn't seem to be pleased with the dental team that saw him at this visit. He said they were not as gentle as they normally are and he bled quite a bit (even in his shirt) all from having his regular 6mths cleaning. This is the first comfortable experience he has had since he has been a patient of Dr. Cross. (at least 12 years).
It gets frustrating to hear the doctor and the hygienist talk back and forth, but they don't relay anything to me. I find out what is going on when I get to check out. I think it would be very helpful if they communicated more with the patients.
Always a great place, with a great staff and atmosphere. I did have to wait over 10 minutes to be checked out.
I am very pleased with Palmetto Smiles. I was a patient of Dr. Cross as a child and now my children go to him as well. My children enjoy going to the dentist just as I did.

Great Dentist! I was refered by a friend to Palmetto Smiles and they did not disappoint. They were very good to my children and made them feel at ease! They love their new dentist!
