Worse experience ever, Mr. Caldwell need a class of customer services. He never listened to my concerns and as a result, he didn't finish the job and he broke my bridge loose. The issues were so big that we had an argument and I turned Mr. Caldwell to the BBB. My big mistake was that I pay to the Palmetto Family Orthodontics the full amount of $ 5000 up front. They care about the money, not the patient.
