I schedule two appointments for my husband and son from a provider in our insurance network. Please be carful when dealing with this dental office . Although they are in our network their doctors do not keep up their credentials. Now I am having to pay $535.00 for each of them for simple cleanings. Also , when services were being given the dental technicians were constantly trying to get us to sign stuff and. Was concentrating on how to max out services for them to bill our insurance. A family member and I took a day off of work one month in advance. We received a phone call exactly 20 minutes before our appointments canceling both due to an issue with their xray machine. We were met with an unprofessional demeanor and no solution for future appointments. The appointment prior to this one I noticed everything was in dissarray and dirty. Very happy with my new dentist. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
False Advertising! My $1,000 crown took 23 days to make and I'm in so much pain! They said it didn't come with a warranty so if I want them to fix it I need to give them $140 more! I've been to four appointments already. Had I known my "One Day Crown" would've taken a month due to their "machine" messing up and leave me in excruciating pain I would have gone somewhere else!
