This was my first visit. The office staff was incredibly responsive and kind. Celia even texted me on a Sunday to help me with a broken tooth emergency, and was able to schedule me in for a visit right away. Nora, my hygienist, was knowledgable and utterly sweet, even reaching out to hold my hand through a tough part of my procedure. Dr. Knause worked quickly and was sensitive to my needs. Terrified of even a cleaning, Karen has been most patient with me and the whole staff do whatever it takes to make me comfortable to get my teeth in tip top shape! I really feel that they care about me. Without Palmer Distinctinctive Dentistry, I'd never go to a dentist and probably let all my teeth fall out! I'm blessed to have found them!
A thorough evaluation of my dental condition by Dr. Palmer ended in the recommendation of keeping things as they are -- no intervention needed. A previous consultation at another dental practice had urged me to have $5000 worth of work including treating gum disease which I don't have!
Great visit, y'all are a great team
This is the first time I've seen a dentist in over 13 years and they renewed my faith in dental care! The staff there were very warm, welcoming, and comforting. The dentist and hygienists were all very professional and thorough. I definitely recommend them!
Very quick and efficent serves
Each and every member of the staff is pleasant and professional. Dr Knause and Kristie treat me like family. My dental experience has not always been what I wanted but it was best for my overall health. Thank you for caring.
The reason I chose this office is because it's "holistic". I'm not a client anymore for four reasons: 1) you are salesy and always trying to push you to buy products and un needed services. 2) they hound you to death for appointments and follow that up with an absurd amount of texts/emails/phone calls 3) I just had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time 4) they just charged me $219 for a filling (with zero anesthetic and it took no more than 5 minutes from start to finish) and I have dental insurance.
Dr. Palmer and his staff are just excellent in every way. I sought them out because they have technology and services that my regular dentist did not have. They are so caring for their patients and each person I spoke with was just totally dedicated to providing the best in dental care for their patients. I recommend them wholeheartedly and am very grateful for the skills and service they provide. You will be very hard pressed to find a better dental office in the U.S.
