Yesterday was Jocelyn's and my first visit. From the Bible in the reception, Christian music, natural products, friendliness of Karyn and Jessica, Dr. Palmer being a Clemson fan were all highlights even before we sat in hygienist chair. We felt peace and trust. I went to see Dr. Palmer for a root canal tooth extraction. I had done some research on the negative impacts a dead tooth sitting in your gums can have on your health. Dr. Palmer and his staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a well informed decision. A previous dentist, I saw about 14 months prior told me I had three cavities that needed to be filled in addition to a tooth abscess/fistula. While everyone was friendly and helpful as always, I did have one disappointment. I ask the receptionist if you had glutathione pump spray. She brought me vitamin C. I ask her about this and she assured me this was glutathione. Well I accepted it. When I got home I checked the ingredient label. Glutathione was not mentioned. I looked on the Quicksilver website and saw two separate supplements, one was the Vitamin C that I received and Glutathione. I am a believer in vitamin C, but I didnt get what I asked for. The office is gorgeous. I was not expecting what I saw. The service is very personal and they take the time to get to know you. My hygienist, Jessica H, took very good care of me and was very thorough. The only reason that I have 4 stars instead of 5 is that you pay the entire cost up front, then get reimbursed by insurance. I was unaware of this when I made my appointment.
I had a great experience at your office. My hygienist was really thourough with my cleaning and made me feel comfortable from the time she introduced herself to the time I left. Her husband was also caring and professional when taking the pictures of my teeth. Dr Palmer was friendly and clear in my dental care priorities. Similarly, Jenni understood i had to leave and offered to e mail me my estimate without pressing me to schedule an appointment. I loved it!
Dr. Palmer's team couldn't have been more accommodating during my last visit. With each appointment, my expectations are exceeded. It's been a relief to find a local dentist that fully believes in a completely holistic approach to dentistry. Thank you Dr. Palmer for offering individualized dental care that improves overall health.
Dr. Palmer and his staff were exceptionally professional, as well as courteous. I highly recommend them.
