My first visit was very pleasant. Each encounter with every person was very professional and thorough. I was treated with care every step of the process. Everyone in the office was so nice.Jessica made me feel right at home and explained everything to me so well. All the procedures were done with state of the art equpiment and I look forward to my next appointment because I plan to bring a friend with me.
Having a holistic dentist is important to me. Also important is having detailed information about my current dental conditions and also detailed options for resolutions to dental problems, preferably in writing. I prefer detailed accounts of what procedures will involve , recovery time and expected results, including possible complications. I expect this from all doctors that I deal with, not just the dentist. I have trust in Dr. Palmer to do the best procedure possible and to keep me informed.
